"My name is Kristin, and I grew up on a farm in Mankota, Saskatchewan. I have been living and working in Fort McMurray since October, 2010, joining Tamarack Physical Therapy in 2012. I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2010 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, I completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Saskatchewan in 2006. I am certified to perform acupuncture and have completed the Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, golfing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and running. I love my job as it provides new challenges and learning opportunities on a daily basis, as well as the opportunity to meet new people and help them to improve their quality of life. I enjoy helping my clients maximize their function in order to achieve their goals by combining manual therapy, functional exercise and education."
“I grew up in Fort McMurray after moving here from Ontario in 2002. I recently graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, and am excited to begin my career back in my hometown. I have a background in exercise science, and completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2013. Throughout the physical therapy program, I developed an interest in the fields of orthopedics, chronic pain, amputee rehabilitation and neurology. I am passionate about helping people to reduce their pain, manage injuries or chronic conditions, and get back to activities that they enjoy.

I graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences (India) with a Bachelorette degree in 2013. I have completed my diploma in health, wellness and fitness promotion from Mohawk College (Hamilton, ON). I have a strong passion towards the health and fitness of the community. I have been working as a registered physiotherapist since 2015. I have significant experience in treating orthopedic and pelvic health conditions.
